We normally use Zoom online meeting as the online class software. 

Periodically, our course organizers will provide the feedbacks to you. Our tutors will also provide feedbacks.

Yes. Parents and guardians can assist and observe from the side. However, we encourage students to complete the lesson independently. 

Due to the time difference between foreign countries, you should try to report a planned absence before Wednesday so we have enough time to arrange and notify students.

We have one on one class, group class with 3 students, and group class up to 5 students.

You must join the Zoom meeting no later than 6:00 PM PST, 9:00 PM EST every Friday and join your assigned breakout room.The lessons start at 6:15 PM PST, 9:15 PM EST.

Yes, we release the donation record and charity initiatives time to time, please check about us page.
