GLAD Academy provides students with access to core classes, while receiving all the essential school supplies and resources they need to thrive in public school.

This support also ensures that students receive school uniforms, daily nutritious meals, and access to clean drinking water.

GLAD Academy provides funding to support children’s cultural and educational programs, empowering youth through global learning opportunities.

GLAD also hosted a Cultural Webinar to celebrate and share Peruvian culture with audiences worldwide.

GLAD Academy has donated 255 bilingual books, valued at approximately $2,000, to a school in Yunnan serving 830 students, laying the foundation for a bilingual cultural program.

This initiative not only provides access to valuable educational resources but also empowers students with language skills that open doors to global opportunities, fostering cross-cultural understanding..

Donations Supporting Cultural Education in Canada

GLAD Academy has donated 141 bilingual books to the Edmonton Chinatown Multi-Cultural Centre (ECMCC), providing valuable resources to support language learning and cultural understanding in the community. 

The ECMCC, which serves thousands annually through programs and events like the Togather Chinatown Arts Festival (which drew over 10,000 visitors), will add the books to its 20,000+ item Chinese Library collection, further enhancing access to cultural and language resources.

GYP Programs are supported by GLAD Academy, empowering young girls and fostering humanitarianism. Through fundraising, immersive field trips, training sessions, research, and online seminars, we inspire a new generation of changemakers to drive positive global change.

Donation Supporting Children’s Education in China

GLAD Academy raises donations for students in China’s rural Yunnan Province. All proceeds from these donations will cover high school tuition and school supply fees for numerous children trying to break their family’s cycle of poverty and attend university to build a better life.  This drive raised 4000 yuan in 3 days.
